For those (co-workers) who are interested in using the internet banking facility from FirstCarribbean Bank (FCB), these are some basis steps how to register:

1. Have your ATM card ready with you
2. Go to the www.firstcaribbeanbank.com then click on the tab of internet banking
3. Click ‘Register Now’ tab and then choose ‘Personal Package’. Then click on the link ‘To register, follow these step’
4. Complete all the instructions on the 6 steps showing on your screen
5. When the 6th step is completed, you will be given a User ID which is usually the same number of your ATM card.
6. Print your User ID and bring it to the bank in Providenciales, go to receptionist desk (Rodheline), ask for the internet banking form and sign it. Your completed form along with User ID will be sent to the FCB Head Office
7. In 2 or 3 days, you will get an email from head office FCB stating that your registration now is completed
8. Next step is to activate your account by calling Customer Service of FC Bank at toll free ini 1 800 744 3249.9. During the call, you will be asked about the security questions you made during the 6 steps above. After you answer the questions correctly, then they will activate your account. Don’t forget to ask them to activate the feature of International Wire Transfer as this feature is not activated by default.
9. Then you have to wait for the token (2-3 weeks)
10. Once you have the token, you will need to activate it, again by calling the customer service with internet ready in front of you

Note:

The internet banking’s fee is the same to the fee of manual transfer
Transfer limit is USD 20.000,00 per day
When conversing USD into IDR, the exchange rate is usually lower than the rate of manual transfer.
All Indonesian National bank are well recognized at the transfer form
It takes 2-3 days to reach your account in Indonesia.
