Preparation for Brazil Trip

Bom dia! Como o senhor está? Me chamo Made. Eu so de Parrot Cay Resort. Hello friends, yes I am learning the very basic phrases of Portuguese language as the part of my preparation to visit Brazil. Portuguese is the official language of Brazil. I thought it would nice if I can say some basic expression in Portuguese. Hopefully by the time I am going to Brazil, I will be able to speak a little bit of Portuguese language.

The foundation (and PC) is planning my trip in between October 1st - October 18th 2008. Beside the language, I am also preparing myself in term of ‘product knowledge’ about both COMO Foundation and also Lua Nova Brazil. I believe that by having knowledge about COMO Foundation will make me a better ambassador as I would be able to share something with them about the foundation such as the foundation’s philosophy, the foundation’s collaborators, the foundation’s partners in other areas and also the position of the foundation within the COMO Hotels and Resort. Thanks to Ming who has posted my pre-itineraries from which enable me to determine which projects I need to focus to, such as Generate Action Project, Making Art Project, Building School Project and also House for the Children Project. Having seen the itinerary I am absolutely sure that I will have a great experience there and yes, I will have a lot of questions.

My trip planner told me that so far I have two options regarding my flight to Brazil. Most likely I will depart from Parrot Cay (Providenciales). First option is Providenciales - Jamaica (Kingston) - Panama - Brazil (Sao Paulo). However, due to safety reason, this route is not confirmed yet. Second option is Providenciales - UK (Heathrow) - Brazil (Sao Paulo). Why there is no option to have connecting flight in US airport? Yes, because I am not sure yet if my US visa application is approved when I apply it next month when I am going to Bali for annual leave.

Obrigado, ate mais!

Online School, Why Not?

Once my friend said knowledge is without limit. The more you learn something the more you don’t know about it. Indeed it is true. Me for example, I hold a bachelor degree in English literature but when it comes to the real world of work, it seems that I do not know so many things. That’s why I keep improve myself in term of new things and new knowledge. I also found a stereotype among people saying that there will be no more school for workers, people who already have a stable job, especially 9-5 job. You know what I mean. They just simply do not have time. Guess what? It is not totally true because there is online schools now, meaning that we can study at home, no need to to go campus or college.

First of all, of course we need to do a reasearch in order to determine if an online school is an accredited one. This is important as it means that we can pursue any accredited online degrees from that particular school. The next step is deciding what online college major will you interested in. This step is all up to you. Choose any major that you like and is in line with your career planning.

I found an online source from which you can start a research in finding the right online school for you. It is called onlineschools.pro. The interface of the website is very user friendly. There is only three steps and you are ready to start to search from its 1000 degrees database. There is also a complete guideline in right sidebar of the site which is all combined into one category called main menu. Are you wondering how online school work? Do you want to know is an online school worth it? Then go to the website. There is explanation there for all your question. It even offers you insights about scholarship opportunities and also jobs after online schools.

Bluebook the best Guide

It is a little bit tricky when it comes to choosing online casinos on the Internet. Not only because there is so many of them but finding the right and trustworthy ones is difficult as some of online casinos are not for real but scam. One smart way to determine the right casino for you is by reading a lot of review of the sites. It will enable you to make comparison before deciding to choose one. Online casino bluebook is one reliable source on the field. First, it has five major categories for you to choose from and they are no deposit casinos, online casinos, sport books, poker room and bingo halls. Just a complete category which is more than enough. Last but least is the review feature which is enable for each online casino. The review is just perfect as it consists of the real deal about the casino itself. Read it before you decide it.

sendiri, ku termenung
terpaku dalam diam, dalam sepi.
sungguh ku tak mengerti, tak ku temui jawabnya.

sobat,

doaku senantiasa menyertaimu, forever.

Jawaban:

Dear Sobat,

Take care!

Ciao!

Authentic Memorabilia

I like to spend my spare time playing guitar with some friends. Usually, I searched the guitar chords from the Internet and then trying to play it like how the real singer does it. It’s a fun, yet challenging activity to do. Once I was shocked and feel jealous at once of my friend. Not because she is good at playing guitar but because she has something special on her guitar, something that would be everybody’s dream. To be exact, she got Keith Richard’s signature on his guitar. Yes, the famous Rolling Stone’s guitarist. Wow, it is just really cool and feels really good playing a guitar with a famous guitarist signature on it. Is the signature real and authentic? Yes it is. She used to work for the artist and Keith kindly has signed her guitar.

Not everybody has a chance to be close with famous people in order to get their signature or any other form of their memorabilia. Maybe one in a million. Thanks to memorabilia4u.com. This site gives you that chance, having great memorabilia from many famous people such as football memorabilia. This is fantastic, I myself is a football fan especially English Premiere League. I can have some football autographs from my favorite players such as Wayne Rooney, Ronaldo etc. In general, there three categories of memorabilia from this site and they are film and TV, sports and music. So if you would like to have signed football memorabilia, just go to sports section. Are those memorabilia authentic? Yes, this site is member of Registered Dealer of the Universal Autograph Collectors Club (Barry Brooks, R.D No. 292). Founded in 1965, the UACC is the oldest and most reputable club of it’s kind in the world. It is run by collectors, for collectors. All members of this organization are sworn to only trade in genuine autographs. There is a strict code of ethics and rules that govern membership and monitor the practices of members.
